Shipping & Returns


Orders are prepared with great care using a suitable packaging that protects the goods from shock and ensuring good thermal insulation. In case of breakage or tampering of the package please do not accept the package and contact us immediately.

It is possible to ship your purchases to a different address from your residence, you can insert it in the order form and fill in the appropriate section. All our shipments are entrusted to professional couriers whose rules state that they can not leave packages unattended at the entrance of your home. We recommend that you insert a reliable address where the courier can find someone who can sign for the withdrawal of the package.  It will be possibile to track the shipping status by entering the tracking number, received in the e-mail from the official sites of the couriers. Shipments can be tracked after 24/48 hours from receipt of the e-mail message with the preparation of the package by entering the tracking number on the official websites of the couriers.


Shipping to Italy is Free.  

Shipping costs for the Europe:
10 euros for orders up to 70€
FREE SHIPPING for orders over 70€.

Shipping costs for the Asia:
40 euros for orders up to 100€ 
20 euros for orders form 100€ to 200€
FREE SHIPPING for orders over 200€

Shipping costs for Worldwide area:
30 euros for orders up to 60€
15 euros for orders form 60 € to 120€
FREE SHIPPING for orders over 120€



We strive for your complete satisfaction, if you are unhappy with your purchase you can return our product within 10 working days from the date of delivery. Before sending the product back, we ask you to check if subsequent conditions are satisfied:

-the product has to be returned only after you contacting us, let us know exactly what product you are returning

-it has to be unused, undamaged and clean;

-all returned products will be checked: if anything will be different from the original it will not be accepted.

-it has to be returned in the original packaging;

-we must receive the product into 20 working days from the shipping date.

You must notify Doodle by email,, stating the contents of the package, the date it was sent, by what courier and include a tracking number.  

If all these conditions will be respected, we refund you the cost of the product without the shipping costs.

Normally you will receive a refund within 6 working days from the reception of the product. Visualization time of refund will depend on what payment service you have chosen at the moment of the purchase.
